This is Bacolod Electric MassKara’s fifth year celebration, the organizers has expanded the celebration to three venues: at the Tourism Strip along Lacson St., at the Bacolod Public Plaza, and at Rizal St., between SM City buildings.
These photos are the Bacolod Electric MassKara’s Performing Float Competitions held last night (Oct. 14) taken at the Lacson street venue and participated by 10 Bacolod barangays, and 45 giant MassKara puppets by the La Consolacion College School of Architecture, Fine Arts and Interior Design (ARFIEN).
